The Bunzl Memphis branch has moved into a new, 96,000-square-foot facility in Southaven, Miss., just five miles from the Memphis International Airport. Located at 481 Airport Industrial Drive in the Airways Distribution Center, the state-of-the-art facility boasts 32-foot ceilings and 19 dock doors.

The new facility consolidates the distribution operations that were in Southeast Memphis and the administrative and distribution operations from the former Bunzl Paducah, Ky., location. General Manager Chris VandenBrook leads the staff of 40 employees, including sales reps, warehousing and administrative personnel, serving supermarket, food processor, retail and convenience store customers in a 220-mile radius.

“Our new location is more centrally located within our market, which allows us to reach our customers more efficiently,” said VandenBrook. “We look forward to growing our business from our larger warehouse where we are using the latest distribution technology to provide outstanding customer service.”
